B-2B was an experimental battle droid based on the B2 super battle droid. It was created at Imperial Research Station 61 under the direction of Milosh Muhrlein. He hid the droid in a secret chamber in his office.

It was used to ambush Jahan Cross when he was on Wayland to investigate Muhrlein for corruption. B-2B was destroyed in combat with IN-GA 44.
