The B1E unit was a model of medical droid. A B1E droid served aboard the Corporate Sector Authority Invincible-class Dreadnaught Heavy Cruiser Resolute and in 19 ABY, the unit treated the Pantoran spacer Reen Irana for injuries that she had received after being shot in the chest with a stun blast by the Jedi archivist Mander Zuma.

The B1E unit was created by Jeff Grubb and appeared in the 2012 novel Scourge. Grubb intended the B1E to be a Tuckerization that referenced "Doctor Bunny," a character that was used by his wife in a role-playing campaign.[1]
