A B23-1-14 permit was required to be submitted when collecting a bounty. Submission of a valid permit enabled a bounty hunter to collect the maximum reward - including local, system, sector and regional bounties.
Sammie Staable once attempted to collect the bounty for capturing Ten-Suckers Madoom without a valid permit, and only received the local bounty amount of 245 credits.
