BJ Hughes is a voice actor whose work includes the voice of Jar Jar Binks in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series.^[1] Interestingly, when asked by The Force-Cast, Lucasfilm was unable to find out who BJ Hughes was.^[2] In the following episode, when The Force-Cast asked Dave Filoni who exactly BJ Hughes was, Filoni simply said that he replaced Ahmed Best as the voice of Jar Jar in the series and that that was about as far as he could go.^[3] Best later stated in an interview that he had decided to move onto other projects midway through the Clone Wars, necessitating that the role be recast. ^[4]
