Bacta distribution centers, located on Coruscant around 7 ABY, were often targeted for terrorist bombings by the Palpatine Counter-Insurgency Front, led by Kirtan Loor, thus making it even more difficult for the New Republic to deal with the Krytos virus that was killing thousands on Coruscant at the time.
