In 28 ABY,[3] a dedication ceremony was held on Hosnian Prime, in honor of Senator Bail Organa, a founder of the Rebel Alliance. During the ceremony, a seventy-meter-high Jelucani fogstone statue of him,[2] designed by Janyor of Bith,[4] was revealed.[2]
Senator Tai-Lin Garr and Princess Leia Organa, adopted daughter of Bail himself, both addressed the vast crowd of a thousand different species that had gathered for the occasion, reminding them of the sacrifices the galaxy made to restore the Republic. The ceremony was concluded with an air show, featuring a variety of sophisticated X-wing maneuvers.[2]

Star Wars: Galactic Atlas establishes that the events of The Force Awakens take place in the year 34 ABY and so using simple math it can be concluded that the events of Bloodline take place in 28 ABY.
