"I'm sorry. I really am."

Balek was a male Human Acolyte who was the twin brother of Wydr.[1]

BiographyEdit

"We don't want to. But, we know we can't beat Ffon, and we'll never be Sith. At least this way, we can go home--alive."
―Balek explaining to the acolyte. — Gnome-speakernotesListen (file info)[src]

During the Cold War, Balek and Wydr attended the Sith Academy on Korriban. Balek was compassionate and held contempt for Ffon Althe rather then another acolyte. During the trials, Balek and Wydr were called to meet with Overseer Harkun. The Overseer possibly told them that they will never become Sith or beat Ffon since he saw how weak they were. However, if Balek and Wydr would kill the acolyte, they would have the right to go home. Balek didn't like the idea, but his brother believed that this would be the only way to leave the academy.[1]

After the Inquisitor approached the Training room, Balek and Wydr cornered the acolyte. Since he liked them, Balek apologized to the acolyte since he and Wydr had to do this to earn their freedom. Both the brothers immediately engaged the acolyte, but the powerful acolyte defeated them.[1]
