Balti

The Balti were a species of furry bipeds with prominent tusks. The smuggler Bingo Mehndra was a Balti.

Rather than a birthday or a hatching day, Balti celebrated their "Spawning Day."

Balti may have made other appearances as background aliens in comics and in roleplaying game illustrations. Caution must be made when making these identifications, since they may simply be poorly-drawn Aqualish.

Balti strongly resembles a Khormai species. Both of the species may have been inspired by a real world mammal, walrus.
