Baltke was a male Chiss commander of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet who served as a battle surgeon and interrogator.

BiographyEdit

During the Swarm War, he interrogated Jedi Knight Leia Organa Solo about her mission with her husband Han Solo, and the New Jedi Order's plans for the war. He tried using a hypoinjector on Solo to force her to tell the truth but she used the Force to make Baltke inject himself.
