Bard Cobral, a member of the criminal Cobral family, was a male Fregan from the planet Frego. Bard was the brother of Solan Cobral and Rutin Cobral, and the son of Zanita Cobral and her husband. He killed Lena Cobral's cousin, Mica, during an attempt to apprehend Lena and prevent her from testifying against the family.
