Barkale was the Imperial Governor of Kintoni around 4 to 5 ABY.

Barkale was eventually captured and held prisoner on Kintoni by the Rebel Alliance, but was rescued and subsequently killed by Mara Jade as punishment for siphoning off credits and artifacts from the Empire for a decade.
His secret home was 455 Tinegris Street.
