Bartender

A bartender, also referred to as a pubtender or mixocologist, was an individual who served drinks, generally at a cantina or tapcafe. In a galaxy full of thousands of species and countless types of drinks, it took intense training to tend a bar safely, as even common drinks could have adverse effects on certain species.
There was at least one series of droid bartenders.
Throughout the galaxy bartenders were often looked to for advice by their patrons. On Bith bartenders often were looked to for advice on spiritual matters, making bartenders have a more important role than in most societies.[1]
