Bash Fateau was a Corusca gem fisherman who fashioned a crew to find Corusca stones on Yavin Prime. As a young man, he flew agriflitters on Montitia, but spent all his savings to become a skiff pilot. He hoped that finding one or two gems would let him retire to a beach on a planet in the Core Worlds.

Fateau would dare to perform any action that showed off his piloting skills.
