The Basoor Challenge was a charity podrace scheduled to take place in 22 BBY somewhere in the Mid Rim. Former Sneevel podracer Boles Roor came out of retirement to participate in the race after joining Senator Jollin Resbin's campaign in support of the Military Creation Act currently making its way through the Galactic Republic's Senate. The race was supposed to take place on the same day of the final vote on the Act.
