The battle droid Mk II was a type of B1 battle droid. It was a more advanced variation on the standard B1 battle droid and saw some action during the Clone Wars alongside the other droids of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Despite being an improvement upon the standard B1 unit, the Mark II did not appear to be a common sight during the many battles that took place in the Clone Wars.
