Admiral Apwar Trigit attacked Folor after using a Moort-class parasite-droid to discern the location of Wraith Squadron's base. He had hoped to crush Wraith Squadron, but Kell Tainer tricked the Admiral into thinking that the defenders of Folor Base were protecting the Millennium Falcon, by ordering two A-wings under his command to merge their shields, generating a distinct signature, and then to run through a set of falsified dialogue. This stratagem bought time for the Borleias, the last transport still at the moon base, to be evacuated.
