The Battle of Kashoon occurred during the Galactic Civil War. It began with the Galactic Empire invading the planet Kashoon. The native Kashoonara rebelled and were brutally suppressed, until the Alliance to Restore the Republic was able to drive the Empire from the planet through a series of guerrilla assaults. Control of the planet was then returned to the Kashoonara, and the Alliance left the world.
