A battle was fought between the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders and the Galactic Republic in the Makem system in 3,963 BBY. The battle was part of a greater Mandalorian invasion of Republic territory, during which the Neo-Crusaders launched a three-pronged attack against the Republic. The Mandalorians reached Makem after a battle in the Lianna system. They defeated their opponents in Makem then moved on to fight a battle in the Quermia system.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The battle is only referenced once in The Essential Atlas. It is marked on a galactic map showing the course of the Mandalorian Wars rather than described in prose. In the Atlas, the Makem system is denoted as the "Makem Te system"^[1] after the planet of Makem Te, which it contains.^[2]
