The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A battle took place on the planet Ord Mantell^[1] around 21 BBY^[2][3] during the Clone Wars, an inter-galactic conflict. Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi led Republic troops against the Confederate cyborg General Grievous and his battle droids. Eventually, Grievous had his droid forces raze an entire township to divert the Republic troops, so that he could make his escape. The massacre was so great that even the stoic Mundi wept when he gave a report about the battle to the Jedi Council.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The battle was briefly mentioned in The Clone Wars: Wild Space, a novel written by Karen Miller and published in 2008.^[1]
