The Battle of Ton-Falk was an early battle in the Galactic Civil War, where two EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigates, one Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser and TIE/ln starfighters were destroyed by Rebel Alliance fighters.

Alliance Commander Narra and his droid K-3PO devised an ingeniously simple tactic to defeat Imperial forces. The Rebel fighters exploited the fact that these ships had to get close to the battle to deploy their TIE/ln starfighter squadrons, thus making them vulnerable. The Alliance starfighters ganged up on the larger, slower ships, and subsequently destroyed them.
