During the Great Galactic War between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic,[1] a twenty-eight-year conflict spanning from 3681 BBY to 3653 BBY,[2] a battle occurred on the moon Yavin 4. The Jedi Knight Warren Sedoru was among the Jedi and Republic forces who fought in the battle, though he was critically injured during the fighting.[1]

The battle at Yavin 4 was first mentioned in the in-game Codex entry for Warren Sedoru in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, a MMORPG released by BioWare and LucasArts in 2011.[1]
