Taking place in the Taskeed system in 3,963 BBY, a battle was fought between the Galactic Republic and the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders as the two sides were struggling for power during the Mandalorian Wars. Occuring as the Mandalorians struck at the Galactic Republic along three fronts, the battle in the Taskeed star system was preceeded by a victory for the Mandalorians in the Sy Myrth system. Following the Republic's defeat at Taskeed, the Mandalorians attacked the Dennogra system.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The battle in the Taskeed system was referenced in 2009's The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry. The battle was only marked on the galaxy-wide map of the Mandalorian Wars instead of being described in prose.
