The Beneficent Tasia was the flagship of the fleet that brought the first Human settlers to the planet Naboo around 3,900 BBY, along with its support ships, Mother Vima and Constant. It had been sponsored by Elsinoré den Tasia, Queen of Grizmallt, who had launched hundreds of expeditions since the beginning of her reign around 3,951 BBY. The three ships,^[1] led by the explorer Kwilaan,^[2] went through the many hazards of wild space, and the Beneficent Tasia ended up reaching the Naboo system^[1] before crashing on Naboo itself. Millennia later, during the Clone Wars, the crash of the Beneficent Tasia was commemorated on the occasion of the Festival of Light. In a holographic display combined with fireworks describing the history of Naboo, the arrival of the mother ship was symbolized by the flower-like Naboo emblem crashing on the planet's surface.^[3]
