Benevolent Guide

The Benevolent Guides, V-Tan and O-Vieve, were responsible for creating the isolationist structure on the planet of Kegan. However, their system was eventually rejected by the people, and the entire Guide structure was replaced by the ways of the Galactic Republic.
It is possible that the two Benevolent Guides were Force-sensitive, as they foresaw the coming of the Galactic Empire, an invasion by either clone troopers or stormtroopers, and the building of the Death Star in visions they had.
