Biography
Edit
Great Galactic War
Edit
A Force-sensitive Nautolan, Bengel Morr was trained in the ways of the Force by the Jedi Order, and resided on the ancestral Jedi homeworld Tython with the rest of the Order the following the Great Galactic War and the resurgence of the Sith Empire. The Padawan of Jedi Master Orgus Din, Morr was stationed at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant where he trained as a Jedi Guardian.[1]
Fall to the dark side
Edit
During the latter days of his apprenticeship to Master Din, Morr was in the Temple when the Sith attacked Coruscant. He was believed to have died in the struggle. However, he survived. When he heard that the Galactic Republic made a peace agreement with the Empire, he abandoned the Order. Viewing his former master as weak and complacent when faced with Sith rule, Morr took up residence in the caves near the Temple on Tython, where he fell to the dark side of the Force.
Cold War

Flesh Raiders
Edit
Manipulating the darkness in the hearts of the native Flesh Raiders, Morr began to wage war with the Order, sending the primitive natives against the Jedi and their students. While the Jedi were confounded by the seemingly unprovoked attacks, Morr took on a young Force-sensitive named Callef as his apprentice, and trained him in the ways of the Force, corrupting him to the dark side and teaching him to oppose the Jedi. In Morr's troubled mind, he believed that by destroying the Jedi Order, he'd be able to rebuild it to destroy the Sith.[1]
Confrontation and redemption
Edit
Morr remained hidden as Callef and the Flesh Raiders harried the Order and the nearby Twi'lek Pilgrims for sometime before he was eventually tracked down by Master Din's latest Padawan, a young apprentice who had shown exceptional martial skills at the academy. However, Morr brokered a deal with the Pilgrims, promising to stop his attacks in exchange for turning over Din and killing his Padawan. However, the latter escaped and tracked Morr to the Forge, where the early Jedi crafted their first lightsabers. It was Morr's intent to revenge himself upon his master and forge a weapon to defeat the Sith. However, he decided to first to engage the Padawan, only to be defeated.
Surprised, Morr mused that perhaps the weapon he expected to forge was standing right in front of him, the one who would redeem the Jedi Order and defeat the Sith. He pleaded to be allowed to leave Tython, so he can prepare the galaxy for its savior. The apprentice refused this offer and rendered the Dark Jedi unconscious before awaking Master Din were the latter would come to the conclusion on what happened to Bengel Morr as well as declaring his Padawan's training complete and to create a lightsaber before carrying Bengel back to the Temple for healing.
Second Great Galactic War
Edit
Corellia
Edit
Bengel Morr would later be sent to Corellia to bolster the Republic forces there against the Sith Empire along with his new master and several other Jedi but they were slaughtered leaving Bengel Morr as one of the few survivors during the conflict. He would go onto engage a squad of Mandalorians that ambushed him before seeing a familiar face, the Hero of Tython having been named Supreme Commander of Jedi Forces on the planet with objects to stop the Sith's assault from fueling the Sith Emperor's ritual.
Personality and traits
Edit
As a Jedi, Bengel Morr was said to have been a gentle being. After the Sacking of Coruscant, however, Morr's gentle nature gave way to a burning hatred of both the Sith Empire and the Jedi Order and he desired to see both destroyed.
Powers and abilities
Edit
Bengel Morr was a formidable lightsaber duellist and practitioner of the Force. He could also be highly manipulative, as evidenced by his success in convincing Callef that the Jedi Order needed to be destroyed.
