The Bes system was a star system in the Airam sector. Two battles occurred in the system during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance.

HistoryEdit

The Bes system was star system in the Airam sector, in the Outer Rim Territories at galactic coordinates M-20.^[1] Shortly before the Battle of Nocto in the Galactic Civil War, a resupply operation of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Rage in this system came under attack from Rebel Alliance forces during the First Battle of Bes and shortly afterward a combined Rebel/Airam force tried to destroy the Rage without success in the Second Battle of Bes.^[2]
