Bib Surool was a green male Twi'lek and a manager for the Starlight Entertainers. He was recruiting new talent for the group on Taris when the Sith invaded and instituted a quarantine in 3,956 BBY. Though he could neither get off world or communicate with the group, he continued auditioning talent, including dancer Lyn Sekla. It's likely he died from the orbital bombardment of Taris.
