Bio-Bacta was a biotechnical form of bacta, which was typically synthesized. It was manufactured specifically for use in the field, and was often seen in the form of small bacta tanks suitable for transportation by a single person. Minor wounds could be nearly perfectly healed with Bio-Bacta, though for extensive injuries a full-size bacta tank was usually still necessary.
