Bioto was the smuggler captain of the Dead Ringer. He was a male Koorivar from Murkhana and a rival of Cash Garrulan. Garrulan framed Bioto, resulting in his ship being impounded by the Exactor under the incorrect suspicion of carrying Jedi Purge survivors Roan Shryne and Olee Starstone. Darth Vader had Bioto thrown in the brig.
