Bioto was the smuggler captain of the Dead Ringer. He was a male Koorivar from Murkhana. He was a rival of Cash Garrulan, and Garrulan framed Bioto, resulting in his ship being impounded by the Exactor under (incorrect) suspicion of carrying Jedi Purge survivors. Darth Vader had Bioto thrown in the brig.
