Bistro De Lothal was a restaurant built on the planet Lothal which was in business during the early years of the Galactic Empire's reign. For 125 credits, the Bistro served a four-course meal of the day which consisted of crystal mushroom soup, sautéed spring greens from five planets, groat chop with fresh candleberry reduction sauce, and soufflé a la Lothal with Jogan fruit drizzle. The meal of the day menu was included on fliers which the eatery handed out, one of which the street urchin Ezra Bridger received and placed in his journal.[1]

Bistro De Lothal first appeared in Star Wars Rebels: Rebel Journal by Ezra Bridger, a young readers book written by Daniel Wallace and released in 2014.
