The Black Hole-class salvage dreadnought, also known as an Ugor battle-wagon, was a heavily armed and armored Ugor starship capable of aggressive scavenging operations in space.

The saucer-shaped vessel was 150m in diameter, and was flown by a crew of 48. Its antique weapons included auto-blasters, pseudosonic beamers, G-type rotolasers and missile weapons similar to proton torpedoes. An array of tractor beams drew space refuse into a central hole.

Ugor Black Holes were known to appear to gather the refuse behind Imperial starships that had jumped to hyperspace.
