"Blackout" was the nickname of a stealth operations clone trooper commander assigned to High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi of the Grand Army of the Republic at the start of the Clone Wars. During the Battle of Christophsis, Blackout was one of the crew of a stealth ship along with CT-1284. His helmet was decorated with Jaig eyes, a battle honor given to those that have shown bravery on the field.
