The Blackshackle fleet was a fleet in the Blazing Chain, led by Adacap Zonsoe. When Zonsoe fell to the dark side of the Force in 33 BBY, the Blackshackle fleet was led on a campaign against the rest of the Blazing Chain. The Blackshackle fleet defeated the Arcblade fleet, but was eventually destroyed.
