Blatta was a Hutt who owed Uran Lavint credits and became her co-pilot onboard the Breathe My Jets when she was running a large shipment of smuggled supplies to the Corellians. He along with several other smugglers were sold out by Uran for credits, and were soon arrested by the Galactic Alliance.
