Blissl
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Yoda's blissl was worn around his neck on a string.
The blissl was a musical instrument that had three pipes (supposedly) made out of some form of wood or organic bamboo-type material. It had a column of attached rings on each side of the outside pipes where the rope/string was threaded through to form the necklace. These instruments were maintained with a blissl tuner.
Jedi Master Yoda carried one of these around his neck while on Dagobah, although it is unknown where he acquired it.
