Blue Five was the callsign of the fifth member of Blue Squadron. There were a number of starfighter squadrons with this name, and several beings went by the name Blue Five.

HistoryEdit

A pilot designated Blue Five flew a V-19 Torrent starfighter in the Battle of Rendili during the Clone Wars.

Blue Five was the callsign of Ten Numb when he flew a B-wing starfighter with the Rebel Alliance during the Battle of Endor. He was ordered to lead the attack on the Executor. Numb also drew enemy fighters away from strike force led by General Lando Calrissian and Commander Wedge Antilles. He was promoted to Blue Leader shortly after that battle.

Behind the scenesEdit

Blue Five is the call-sign given to Luke Skywalker in the novelization of A New Hope.
