Blue Four was the callsign of the fourth member of Blue Squadron. There were a number of starfighter squadrons with this name, and several beings went by the name Blue Four.

Blue Four was the callsign of Rebel X-wing fighter pilot Thurlow Harris when he flew with Blue Squadron. It was also the callsign of Alexandra Winger.
