Boar Benu was a resistance leader after Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader. In 18 BBY, he perished during a meeting of resistance leaders on the secret asteroid that Ferus Olin and Trever Flume set up together with others as a secret base for planning operations against Galactic Empire.
