Boba Fett was called upon by Dark Lord Darth Vader to find an ex-Lightning Battalion general, Abal Karda. He was instructed to steal a casket with some 'documents' in it. Unbeknownst to him, a group of Imperial criminals had been hired to find Fett, kill him, then make off with the casket. They were chosen for their speciality: murder. These Imperial criminals failed and Vader was forced to go alone to Maryx Minor and battle Boba Fett for the casket.
