Boba Fett was called upon by Dark Lord Darth Vader to find an ex-Lightning Battalion general, Abal Karda. He was instructed to steal a casket with some 'documents' in it. Unbeknownst to him, another group of bounty hunters had been hired to find Fett, kill him, then make off with the casket. They were chosen for their speciality: murder. These bounty hunters failed and Vader was forced to go alone to Maryx Minor and battle Boba Fett for the casket.
