The Jedi Training Facility on Bogden 3 was used as an outpost for the Jedi Order.
During the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Du Mahn and Chase Piru watched over the Soaring Hawkbat Clan, who were scheduled to return to Coruscant around the time of the Chancellor's kidnapping.

K'Kruhk and Sian Jeisel arrived at the facility to make repairs to their ship. As the Clone Troopers who accompanied the two Masters made repairs to the ship, Jeisel and K'Kruhk dined on the facility. As K'Kruhk spoke with one of the troopers, Order 66 was issued. The troops opened fire on the helpless younglings as Jeisel and Piru deflected the shots. K'Kruhk slaughtered many of the troops, as Master Mahn was gunned down. Jeisel ordered the others on to the ship; explaining to her Whiphid friend that he was the better pilot and someone had to defend their escape. As all the younglings boarded the ship; Jeisel used the Force to depress a thermal detonator's trigger, destroying the main building of the facility.
