Bolt Squadron was a squadron of XJ5 X-wing starfighters employed by the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances to patrol the area on Coruscant around PharmCom Orbital Processing Plant One, a pharmaceutical production facility. In 43.5 ABY, Bolt Squadron attempted to prevent Han Solo in the Millennium Falcon from leaving Coruscant, as it was suspected that he was carrying psychotic Jedi on board, whom the Galactic Alliance believed were their property. Solo, however, managed to escape to Shedu Maad.
