The Bongo Marauder was a unique design of aquatic vessel produced from as early as the War of the Gungan Tribes to as late as the New Republic era.
The Bongo was equipped with a high-powered laser cannon that was powerful enough to penetrate any hull. In addition, it was equipped with a motor powerful enough to outrun most aquatic vessels of its time.

The Bongo Marauder resembles a real world motor boat. As is the case with Simon the Killer Ewok, the Bongo Marauder was only available through using a cheat code in Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds or Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns. It is a near-invincible super-powerful unit similar to the "cobra" car from Age of Empires II. It may not be an official canon vehicle, but possibly inserted as an extremely powerful character as a comparison with the Age of Empires II unit.
