Boontaspiced mustard was a type of mustard used in the Besalisk Dexter Jettster's restaurant on the planet of Coruscant, Dex's Diner, before[1] the establishment was destroyed in 19 BBY.[2] It was served on Giju sliders, the largest slider Jettster served, which was a recipe inspired by his travels to the planet of Giju.[1]

Boontaspiced mustard is mentioned in a Star Wars Hyperspace-exclusive release, Dining at Dex's by Gregory Walker, which represents the in-universe menu of Dex's Diner. Boontaspice is a type of spice found in the Star Wars galaxy, one of which first appeared in the Shadows of the Empire novel by Steve Perry, though a definitive connection to the condiment is not established in Walker's work.
