Boor-Daa was one of the co-directors of the Stark Commercial Combine. He thought Iaco Stark too ambitious and forward-thinking for both his own and the Combine's good, but advocated allowing him to continue to lead during the Stark Hyperspace War. Stark killed him, and the other co-directors, in the Combine's headquarters during the Fifth Battle of Qotile in 44 BBY.
