Boorka the Hutt was a Tatooine-based Hutt crime lord, and a member of the Hutt Cartel. He co-operated with Sev'rance Tann during the early days of the Clone Wars.

He was annoyed by the Galactic Republic's trade activity near his territory, Mos Osnoe and agreed to reveal their secret plan to Sev'rance, provided that she destroy the Republic Spaceport. As a reward, he gave them information concerning the Decimator on Eredenn.
He was later killed by Republic forces during the Second Battle of Tatooine, who were deeply encouraged to do so by Jabba the Hutt, with whom Boorka had a rivalry.
Given this rivalry, it is likely that Boorka belonged to one of the remaining Hutt kajidics, Besadii, Faljozic, Jahibakti, or Nasirii, that stood in the way of the Desilijic being the sole Hutt clan on Tatooine.
