Bosk-toth was a minor crimelord, like Hat Lo. He worked from a base in Quantill City, on the Aqualish planet of Ando. Bosk-Toth illegally captured Andoan mineral-fish, selling the extracted sedrilillium on the Black market during the height of the Galactic Civil War.
