Brace Tarkosa was a Human male who worked as a crewman on Outbound Flight. He was one of the first hundred people recruited to the project at its start in 29 BBY. He was two years older than his friend on the crew, Chas Uliar.

Tarkosa later represented the Survivors on the Managing Council and was evacuated by the Chiss and the Empire of the Hand.
