Brella Temior may have been an individual involved with the Justice Action Network terrorist group on the planet Dakshee, the local cell of which was removed by Governor Gerald Weizel. The crisis eventually became synonymous with Brella's name.

The only context for Brella Temior is a reference to a conflict with the Justice Action Network as "the Brella Temior crisis". Whether this was an individual, a place, or otherwise is unknown.
