The Brionelle Memorial Military Academy was established to supplement the planet Chandrila's Defense Fleet, and was responsible for training nearly all of the fleet's officers. Following the First Battle of Mon Calamari, Arhul Hextrophon gave a speech at the Academy on World Devastators.
