Brot

A brot is an animal which consisted of an internal skeleton.

Brots were farmed in order to produce the edible delicacy known as Brot-rib. Three opportunistic Squibs trading material to the Killiks during the Swarm War asked Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa Solo to transport crates of brot-rib, in return for assistance finding their daughter Jaina Solo in the Chiss / Killik war zone.
